Privacy policy

This site is run by Doug Kilgore ("I", "me"). It collects as little as it can. This page explains what that is.

What I collect

Your email address and first name (optional), when you sign up for the free kit or the newsletter.
Your name (optional), email address, and message, when you use the contact form.
Your answers on the mentoring application (name, email, project, industry, and timeline), when you apply for mentoring.
Basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not sell or rent your information to anyone.

To send you the kit you asked for.
To send you occasional emails about building with AI: new videos, new resources, and, at times, things I offer. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To reply to your messages and mentoring applications.
To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

MailerLite stores the email list and sends the emails.
Cloudflare hosts this site, provides the anonymous analytics, and delivers contact-form messages to my inbox.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy and only on my behalf.

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Contact messages are kept as long as they're useful for the conversation.

Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of any email.
Ask me to show you, correct, or delete what I hold about you through the contact form.

This site isn't directed at children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
